Damaged or Defective Items

If your MotionRest™ product arrives damaged, defective, or experiences an issue under normal use, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to provide either:

  • a replacement product

  • or a full refund

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photos of the product if applicable

How To Request a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return request.

  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and return instructions.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • products should be in reasonable condition

  • products must not show excessive damage caused by misuse

Non-Returnable Items
