At PawClaw, we want every dog owner to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products that have been exposed to pet waste may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund for eligible claims.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
